The School Board is part of the governance structure of the school and is significant because it formalises the role of the parents and the teachers in the decision making processes.
The School Board has strategic responsibility and an overview of the budget which will give the necessary direction to the Director for the development of the school.
The board is comprised of two members from the CCI (Chamber of Commerce and Industry who are responsible for the management of the school), two parent representatives, two teacher representatives, the school director and his/her supervisor at the CCI. It meets at least 6 times per year and more often as deemed necessary.
