Marc and Frédérique have been running the Food Truck at ISN since 1996. Before Frédérique gave cooking classes to teenagers, then together with Marc they catered for receptions, buffets and delivered meals to homes. Frédérique speaks English and Italian.
They have over the years gained a lot of experience which enable them today to offer outstanding quality service. All the meals that they offer are prepared with the best ingredients and everything is prepared on the spot.

« Taste » and « Freshness » are the key-words of their cuisine.

Before they arrived the Food Truck offered only sandwiches and french fries. Ever since they have been here, they have tried their best to satisfy the needs of everyone, thus their activity is in perpetual evolution. Throughout the years they have set up three different menus which are offered every single day :

• Menu N° 1 Healthy and Traditional

A variety of traditional meals are available such as Couscous, Curry Chicken, Polenta, Chili con carne, Spanish rice….

• Menu N° 2 Quick

Not enough time to eat….then grab one of their tasty sandwiches : Chesse burgers, Croque monsieur, Brushetta, Hot dogs...they all go with fries, rice, or pasta.

• Menu N° 3 Healthy and Balanced

A variety of meals based with vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, poêlée mexicaine, mashed potatoes spinach...you will always stay fit and healthy with these delicious meals !

As the sunny days arrive very soon mixed salads will also be available. Just feeling for a snack, you can always nibble on a chocolate bar, have some cookies or enjoy a juicy fruit. On mornings you can always stop by to have a « pain au chocolat » with coffee-nespresso-what else ?
