Celebrating the Graduating Class of 2025

Celebrating the Graduating Class of 2025
Michelle Van Buuren

On Wednesday 28 May, ISN proudly celebrated the achievements of our Grade 12 graduating class of 2025 in a heartfelt and memorable ceremony. Families, friends, teachers, and staff gathered on campus to honour this important milestone and reflect on the accomplishments, growth, and resilience of our students.

The event was filled with moments of pride and emotion, as we acknowledged the individual and collective journeys of our graduates. Valedictorian Yago Beroud Rincon and Salutatorian Uliana Ognyannikova delivered moving speeches, each capturing the essence of their cohort with grace, warmth, and insight.

We were also privileged to welcome renowned guest speaker Mr Nick Danziger, whose powerful message focused on the importance of soft skills and embracing what makes each person unique. His words resonated deeply with our community and offered valuable inspiration for students stepping into the next chapter of their lives.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all of our special prize winners, whose dedication, creativity, and character were recognised and celebrated on this special day.

A sincere thank you goes to Ms. Kalder, Ms. Smith, Mr. Bhowmik, and Mr. Booth for their leadership in organising the event, and to everyone who contributed to making the ceremony such a success. Special thanks also go to our wonderful PTA for the beautiful decorations, which added a warm and celebratory atmosphere to the occasion.

Reflecting on the day, Mel Curtis, ISN Directrice, shared: “Graduation is a celebration of learning, resilience, and transformation. This class has inspired us with their courage and compassion. We are immensely proud of them and excited to see the future they will help shape.”

To the Class of 2025: we are proud of you, and we can’t wait to see where your journey takes you next.
