ISN Excels at the AFEC Tennis Championships in Monte Carlo

ISN students achieved excellent results at the recent AFEC Tennis Championships, held at the renowned Monte Carlo Country Club. Facing strong competition from players across Europe, our students represented the school with impressive skill, determination, and sportsmanship.

In the U13 Boys category, Tim (Grade 5) delivered a remarkable performance, reaching the final after a series of strong, confident matches. He finished as runner-up, an outstanding accomplishment at such a competitive level.

In the U18 Boys category, Gabriel (Grade 11) showcased exceptional composure and talent on centre court. In a closely fought final against Maxim from Brussels, Gabriel’s focus and powerful play led him to victory, earning him the title of U18 Boys champion.

We are incredibly proud of all our ISN tennis players who took part in this prestigious event. Their dedication, teamwork, and positive attitude reflect the very best of our school.

Alongside the championships, our AFEC student-athletes and their parents participated in the AFEC Educational Sessions in Monaco. These sessions featured inspiring talks from Olympians Joslyn Hoyte-Smith OLY MBE and Kristaps Zvejnieks OLY, who shared valuable insights from their sporting careers and experiences competing at the highest level.

It was a meaningful opportunity for our students to gain first-hand perspectives on resilience, motivation, and the pursuit of excellence.
