ISN welcomed a wide range of higher education institutions to the annual University Fair, giving students and parents the opportunity to explore the next steps in their academic journeys. Open to students from Grades 9 to 12, the event provided a unique platform to speak directly with university representatives, learn about admission requirements, and gain insights into the application process. Parents were also invited to attend, supporting their children in making informed decisions about their futures.

The fair featured an impressive lineup of universities from the UK, Europe, and the US, including Cardiff University, University of Sussex, University of Essex, City University London, University of Edinburgh, Durham University, Newcastle University, University of Bristol, Royal Holloway University of London, University of Plymouth, King’s College London, St Andrews University, University of Exeter, University of Manchester, University of Surrey, University of York, University of Warwick, University of Glasgow, Bangor University and University of Bath.

International institutions with specialist programmes also attended, such as SUPMode in Nice, Besign – the Sustainable Design School, Fordham University in New York, Tetr University, Institut l’Hôtellerie de Paris, Swiss Education Group schools (SHMS, HIM, César Ritz Culinary Arts), Hult Business School, EU Business School, UFV Madrid, and Talenvia Education Services.

Students had the opportunity to ask questions about course offerings, campus life, scholarships, and career opportunities, while university representatives were on hand to provide personalised guidance. The event demonstrated ISN’s commitment to supporting students in making informed choices about their higher education and preparing for a successful transition to university life.

Kateryna, a Grade 10 Student, commented, “The fair was so much fun as the representatives were so friendly and approachable. We discussed entry requirements which helped me to think about which subjects I should take in grade 11.”'

Aleksander, Grade 10, added, “I enjoyed the fair and learning about what careers I can consider in relation to university majors."

“Events like this give our students direct insight into the expectations of higher education institutions around the world,” said Dione Smith,  Head of University Counselling and Futureproof Programme at ISN. “It’s an invaluable opportunity for students and parents alike to explore the diverse range of options available and plan their next steps with confidence.”

The ISN University Fair continues to be a highlight of the school calendar, reflecting the school’s dedication to nurturing ambition, global perspectives, and informed decision-making among its students.
