ISN Students Reach Junk Kouture Paris City Final
Michelle Van Buuren

We are delighted to announce that the ISN Nice “Doveolea” team has been selected as a finalist for the Junk Kouture Paris City Final, an outstanding achievement that celebrates both creativity and sustainability.

Chosen from over 400 entries, talented students Céline, Asher and Hanrui impressed judges with their innovative design, created entirely from recycled materials. Guided by ISN Director Mel Curtis, the team demonstrated exceptional teamwork, imagination, and a shared commitment to protecting our planet.

This marks the third consecutive year that ISN has been selected for the Junk Kouture Paris City Finals, highlighting the school’s continued dedication to fostering innovation and environmental awareness among its students.

“We are very happy that all those months of hard-work have been recognised and we were so excited to hear the news. We also greatly appreciate all the support we’ve received from the school and Mrs. Curtis.” - ISN Doveolea Junk Kouture Team - Céline, Asher & Hanrui

As an Eco-School, initiatives such as Junk Kouture play a vital role in encouraging students to think differently about sustainability—transforming everyday waste into meaningful works of art while addressing real-world environmental challenges.

Congratulations to the entire Doveolea team on this remarkable accomplishment, and best of luck in the Paris City Final!
